Module 2 - The Law of Arbitration
AimThe aim of this module is to provide sufficient knowledge and understanding of the law of arbitration to enable Associate (ACIArb) members of the Institute who wish to specialise in arbitration e to progress to Membership (MCIArb).
DeliveryThis module is delivered by a mixture of home study and face-to-face tutorials. The module is delivered over a period of six months, and you will be required to attend three tutorials, each lasting 6 hours.

Who should take this module?To participate in this module, you must be Associate member (ACIArb) of the CIArb and:
CPDThe Law Society and the Bar Council of England and Wales have accredited the Course for 12 hours CPD. If CPD accreditation is required for other organisations, we will be pleased to provide a Certificate of Attendance. Please ask for this on the application form.
