Member to Fellow

Fellowship is the highest grade of Institute membership and allows you to use the designation FCIArb.

 

Arbitration Pathways

In order to qualify to transfer from Member to Fellow in the arbitration pathway, you must be a Member and have passed:

 

Module 1: Law of Obligations & Civil Evidence, and

 

Module 2: The Law of Arbitration

 

Or

authorised equivalents

 

You must also pass:

 

Module 3: Arbitration Practice and Procedure; and

 

Module 4: Award Writing;

Or authorised equivalents

Mediation Pathway

Arrangements are currently being finalised for a mediation route from Member to Fellow. Details will be posted on the web site shortly.

 

Note: All candidates must pass a Peer Interview for Fellowship regardless of their chosen pathway.
