The Institute's strategy
Taking as a reference, the Charter & Bye Laws of 2005, the Institute's strategy documents set out the strategic principles to guide the Institute's path.
By this means, the Board of Trustees will be able to give broad direction to the Board of Management, on an annual basis, so that objectives are clear on a rolling programme of targets to be met over the ensuing two years, with appropriate resources to achieve the outcomes required.
The strategic principles, action priorities and critical success factors for the Institute are set out in the Institute Strategy 2010-2014 document which can be downloaded from this page.
The Strategy document for 2005-2009 can also be downloaded from this page.
