The 2010 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) will take place on Thursday 13th May 2010.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ninety Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will be held at 12 Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1A 2LP at 6.15pm on Thursday 13 May 2010.

- To receive apologies for absence.
- To adopt the Trustees' Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009.
- To adopt the Annual Report of the Institute in respect of the year ended 31 December 2009 (including the Minutes of the AGM held on the 14 May 2009).
- To authorise the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
