The 2011 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) will take place on Thursday 12th May 2011.

The Notice reads:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ninety Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators will be held at 12 Bloomsbury Square, London, WC1A 2LP at 6.15pm on Thursday 12 May 2011.

AGENDA

  1. To receive apologies for absence.
  2. To adopt the Trustees' Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010.
  3. To adopt the Annual Report of the Institute in respect of the year ended 31 December 2010 (including the Minutes of the AGM held on the 13 May 2010).
  4. To authorise the Trustees to fix the remuneration of the auditors.

This year, due to the inaugural Roebuck Lecture, sponsored by XXIV Old Buildings, we are asking that you let us know whether you are planning to attend the AGM, no later than Wednesday 13th April 2011 please.
