The CIArb European Branch was established in 1993, and it is one of the Institute's largest branches, both geographically and in terms of the number of members.

The Branch covers all of continental Europe and has more than 600 members from no less than 35 countries and states across the continent.

The European Branch is pleased to announce that its Module 4 Award Writing Course in International Commercial Arbitration is scheduled to run once again. It is the final module to be taken in the CIArb Pathways to Fellowship programme.

This conference addresses the specific cultural and legal challenges raised by M&A transactions involving Asian parties, including the risks – bearing in mind that approximately one third of all M&A transactions end up in some form of dispute resolution process.
