The CIArb UAE Branch provides all the arbitration training you need to become an Associate, Member or Fellow.
Further information on the different grades of membership and CIArb's alternative dispute resolution training pathways is available online.
All training - i.e. presentations, tutorials, assessments and examinations, etc - is provided in Dubai.
Exemptions from the modules are available for lawyers as well as those that have successfully completed certain courses identified in the Recognised Course Provider Scheme or individuals that have completed courses of equivalent status. Applications in this regard must be made to CIArb HQ.

The Introduction to International Arbitration, Module 1 and Module 2 courses may be taken in any order but all three courses must be successfully completed to be eligible to apply for Member Grade.
The Module 3, Module 4 and Peer Interview must be taken in sequence. The Accelerated Programmes are for those that are legally qualified with arbitration experience.
