The North American Branch's geographical area includes USA, Canada, Mexico and the Cayman Islands. With eleven Chapters, there are currently approximately 380 members.

• To the north: Canada (with a Chapter in Toronto); Chicago, Illinois

• To the south: Mexico; Cayman Islands; Texas and a South East Chapter based out of Atlanta.

• West coast USA: North and South California; and the Pacific North West Chapter (covering Oregon, Washington state and Idaho).

• East coast USA: New York and Washington D.C.
