The conference
Tuesday 27 & Wednesday 28 September 2011
The conference will consider precisely where and how costs are incurred and explore the ways in which they can be reduced to make international commercial arbitration more cost-effective and efficient. The results of CIArb's Costs of International Arbitration Survey will be presented, aiming to uncover ways in which costs might be less and the process streamlined. An array of distinguished speakers will discuss the impact of costs in different jurisdictions and sectors.
Watch an interview with Doug Jones AM FCIArb, President of CIArb, who discusses the importance of understanding how and why costs are incurred.
