Speakers' Brief
All confirmed speakers have been issued with their Brief. If you have not received anything please contact the Events Team immediately.
Briefing Meetings
Pre Conference
A member of the programme working party will already have outlined the suggested scope of your presentation as well as the overall theme of the conference and the thrust of your session. It is intended that you will also be contacted nearer the time of the conference.
On site
Short briefing meetings will be held during the course of the conference for all session personnel to familiarise themselves with the facilities available, room set up etc. The exact timings will be forwarded to you nearer the time.
Presentation
If you are using slides during your presentation please ensure that the system you use is compatible with PowerPoint on a Windows system. Please ensure that any fonts and house styles are embedded in the presentation. Video clips should be sent as stand alone movie clips. Please ensure that your slides can be reasonably presented in the time available.
All presentations will be required by Friday 16 September at the latest. All the slides will be put together and will be available to preview at the briefing meeting.
Introductory Notes
Speakers are requested to provide a two page Introductory Note which will be issued to delegates. These will be required by Friday 9 September at the latest. A publication template can be found here.
Additional Information
If you have not already done so, speakers are requested to supply the following:
- A high resolution head and shoulders photograph for possible use in the marketing
- A short, maximum 150 word, biography

For all speakers in the Solving Problems Session (1400-1520) please be aware your briefing time is 1100 hours.
