Mock Preliminary Meetings

Course Detail

The mock preliminary meetings have been designed to provide participants with the opportunity to observe a Meeting involving an arbitrator and Counsel for the Claimant and Respondent, in order to take notes and write the subsequent Directions.

Two different cases will be dealt with each Meeting lasting approximately 2 hours.

Who Should Attend

• Those who are undergoing pupillage.
• Those who are studying for the Part IIIB Examination.

Why attend?

This is an ideal opportunity for you to gain experience of taking notes and writing the Directions. Your Directions will be commented upon by one of the demonstration team.
