Finding a dispute resolver
If you - or your legal advisers - do not know of a potential dispute resolution professional already, CIArb can find you a suitably qualified practitioner who has particular knowledge and experience of your sector or your type of dispute.
This service is known as CIArb's Presidential Appointment Service. This service is available for finding suitable arbitrators, mediators or construction adjudicators.
Some CIArb Branches also operate local panels to assist with disputes in their region.
