We can offer services from in-house training to single places on specific courses with the flexibility to meet your needs. Our aim is to assist organisations in becoming more efficient and effective through committed and motivated staff.
Our courses offer a progressive educational 'ladder' for those newcomers to the field of non-court dispute resolution right through to those with advanced levels of knowledge and skills. Our courses enable candidates to keep abreast of changes in the legal environment, develop their knowledge and skills, meet industry peers and exchange ideas. Our courses range from online delivery to a combination of self-study and face-to-face tutorials.

Also you will learn more about the other educational services we offer such as the Recognised Course Provider Scheme and how to become part of the team on our courses.
Our dedicated and friendly education team, managed by Anita Phillips and supported by Karen Cheel, Randalle Roberts and James Luton are here to provide any assistance required. The team are all very experienced in different areas of education.
