Accelerated Route to Fellowship (International Arbitration)

This assessment programme provides candidates with a fast-track route to Fellowship.
Fellowship is a mark of excellence for arbitrators from which, having gained relevant experience, an arbitrator may progress to become a Chartered Arbitrator.
This fast-track route is designed for busy and experienced legally qualified professionals who have a law qualification and substantial knowledge of arbitration. The programme has been devised to take into account, knowledge and experience gained through academic and practical means.
The assessment programme is delivered over 2 days, and consists of written exercises and a series of workshops to assess knowledge, ability and drafting.
On successful completion of the assessment programme, candidates will be required to complete the Module 4 Arbitration course and a Peer Interview to be eligible to apply for Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
