Module 2 - Law of Adjudication (Adjudication)

This course provides candidates with a detailed knowledge and understanding of the legal and procedural principles involved in statutory adjudication in their respective jurisdictions so that they know how to recognise or contribute to a satisfactory statutory adjudication within their respective field.

The course details the respective law of statutory adjudication. It is therefore valuable for anyone wishing to understand the process, whether as a party, advocate, witness, judge or potential adjudicator.

This course is delivered over a period of six months, with a combination of private study and face-to-face tutorials. The course consists of an assignment and an examination.

At the end of the course, candidates will be eligible to apply to be Members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
