This assessment programme provides candidates with a fast-track route to Fellowship.
Fellowship is a mark of excellence for arbitrators from which, having gained relevant experience, an arbitrator may progress to become a Chartered Arbitrator.
This fast-track route is designed for busy and experienced legally qualified professionals who have a law qualification and substantial knowledge of arbitration. The programme has been devised to take into account, knowledge and experience gained through academic and practical means.
The assessment programme is delivered over 3 days, and consists of written exercises and a series of workshops to assess knowledge, ability and drafting. Please see the assessment programme for more details.
On successful completion of the full three day programme, candidates will be required to attend a Peer Interview to be eligible to apply for Fellowship with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
