Workplace Mediation Conversion course
COURSE DATES (attendance required) - 12, 13, and 14 March 2012
The aim of this course is to provide an understanding of the theory of mediation in the workplace, enabling candidates to understand what mediation is, its background, the difference between employment and workplace mediation and when mediation should be used. This course has been designed for those who are trained civil/commercial mediators, looking to add workplace and employment mediation to their portfolio.
The course is delivered over 3 days. The day starts at 9.30am to 5.00pm.
