Introduction to Workplace Mediation (Workplace Mediation)
This course aims to provide an understanding of the theory of mediation in the workplace, enabling candidates to understand what workplace mediation is, its background, the difference between employment and workplace mediation and when mediation should be used. The course will give candidates knowledge on how mediation works, why it adds value and how it differs from other types of dispute resolution.
The course is delivered over 1 day. The day starts at 9.30am and finishes at 5.00pm.
At the end of the course, candidates will be issued with a certificate of completion and will be eligible to apply to be Associate members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
