The Roebuck Lecture, has been named after Professor Derek Roebuck MCIArb, to celebrate the very significant contribution that he has made to the Institute over the years, principally as Editor of Arbitration - The International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management.
Taking place each summer in the UK, this annual event is one of the highlights of CIArb's events calendar.
The eighth Roebuck Lecture, Arbitration: "the terms they are a-changin'", will be delivered by Lady Justice Gloster and will address issues of ethics, diversity and the continued importance of the common law post-Brexit.
This meeting is exclusive to members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and will be followed by a drinks reception.
