The Journal
CIArb's academic journal Arbitration - The International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management - is published on a quarterly basis in February, May, August and November each year.
The Resolver - the members' newsletter - is sent out with The Journal.
Subscriptions
The Journal is distributed to all members of CIArb as part of the membership subscription, so around 12,000 copies go out every 3 months.
The cost of a non-member subscription to receive The Journal is £170.00 per year. Agents' subscription is £210.00 per year.

Resource centre
We are currently working on making all copies of The Journal available as an online resource, but until then, if members wish for a specific article to be made available to them, please contact the the Research & Development team.
CIArb members can access back issues of The Journal from 2009 in the Member Benefits section of the Members section (login required).
Submitting a contribution
Contributions to this learned journal are welcome on any form of dispute resolution, and should you wish to submit a paper or article for consideration, it should be sent to Derek Roebuck, Editor.
All articles are peer-reviewed.
