The Journal
CIArb's academic journal Arbitration - The International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management - is published on a quarterly basis in February, May, August and November each year.
The Journal is CIArb's internationally respected, peer-reviewed academic publication which brings you unrivalled, expert analysis of developments in case law, legislation and practice from leading practitioners worldwide. The Resolver - the members' magazine - is sent out with The Journal.
Subscriptions
The Journal is distributed to all members of CIArb as part of the membership subscription, so around 12,000 copies go out every 3 months.

Online library
All copies of the Journal are now available online to CIArb members as a searchable library in the Publications Area of the website.
Users can search the whole archive of Journals, right back to the first copies from the early 20th century, using a keyword or phrase, or use the 'browse section' to find an article from a particular year, volume or issue.
There are over 4,000 articles in the archives and there are some tips to help members refine their searches and find what they are looking for. The resulting articles can then be downloaded in pdf form.
Submitting a contribution
Contributions to this learned journal are welcome on any form of dispute resolution, and should you wish to submit a paper or article for consideration, it should be sent to Michael O'Reilly, Editor.
All articles are peer-reviewed.
