Retired membership
We have a retired members category for those members no longer engaged in private dispute resolution in a fee-earning capacity.
The necessary requirement that members need to comply with in order to be able to transfer to the retired members category, is that "you are no longer, nor will be, engaged in any occupation, directly or indirectly concerned with dispute resolution as an advisor or practitioner, on a fee-earning basis". This is required in writing.
Retired members' names will be removed from any CIArb Panels.
The subscription fee for this class of membership is £55.00. However if members are resident in a reduced rate country then this fee is reduced to £45.00.
Retired members still receive the quarterly Journals.
If you wish to transfer to this category, and comply with the necessary criteria, please inform Diane Howard, Membership Secretary of this and she will transfer your membership.
