Upgrading your membership

For members who successfully complete any of the Institute's qualifications, they may be eligible to qualify for upgrading their membership.

Upgrading from Associate (ACIArb) to Member (MCIArb) or from Member (MCIArb) to Fellow (FCIArb) can be achieved through study of experience.

For those Arbitration Fellows who have developed advanced knowledge and extensive experience as an arbitrator may apply to become a Chartered Arbitrator, CIArb's highest qualification for arbitrators.
