Welcome to 12 Bloomsbury Square, which is conveniently situated in the heart of 'legal London' in leafy Bloomsbury Square.
CIArb's graceful Georgian premises are located on one of London's oldest garden squares. Created by the Earl of Southampton in 1661, the Square retains the same charm and elegance today and provides a green haven in central London.

This impressive listed building provides dedicated accommodation for a range of events and meetings. It also offers the latest technical support to meet the demands of worldwide business.
The building offers thirteen bright and airy rooms over four floors, all benefiting from natural light. Some offer views over the beautiful Square, while others open onto a pleasant courtyard garden.
Mixing style with practicality, the rooms are flexible in layout, making them suitable for variety of events, including:
- Breakfast meetings and seminars with a choice of breakfast menus
- Training - plenary and syndicate rooms
- Conferences and seminars for up to eighty people
- Arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) - spacious hearing rooms and comfortable retiring rooms with sound-proofed walls
- Recruitment and interviewing - smaller rooms available
- Launches and receptions with appropriate catering facilities
Room capacity
Room capacity varies between smaller rooms suitable for four people right up to larger rooms that can accommodate as many as 70. Larger rooms can accommodate 40 participants in board room layout or up to 70 in theatre style.

12 Bloomsbury Square is ideally situated in 'legal London' close to all major transport links and a 400-space underground car park, staffed 24 hours a day.
The closest underground stations are Holborn (Central and Piccadilly lines), and Tottenham Court Road (Central and Northern lines).
