He is a Contract Engineer with specialist knowledge Arbitration, Adjudication, mediation, Preparation & Evaluation, Contractual Claims, Project Cost and Asset Management, Contracts Engineering and Administration, Engineering Measurements and Infrastructure Project Planning. I have over 20 years of experience in infrastructure Projects covering Project Planning, Supervision, Contracts and Cost Engineering, contracts negotiations, payment certification, contractual disputes and claims assessment, stakeholder management, quality management, project office administration and project completion management. My experience is in both International and Local projects including Water Transmission and distribution, hydropower projects, buildings, roads, and marine and airport facilities. My main roles include:
• Design, Planning and Implementation of the Projects, coordination with relevant agencies and stake holders, Control and preparation of status Reports and Financial projections for strategic planning.
• Interpreting the Contract and its application, Coordination of Contractual issues/works related to the project, review of project correspondences and giving advice in problem areas together with identification of any changes/additions/deletions (variations) to the contract.
• Preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements and procurements. Evaluation, negotiation and concluding Contract Agreements. Organization and putting in place the client /customer required support services.
