Fattah is a versatile multi-talented leader and Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He has more than 25 years of commercial contract experience in analyzing and managing projects in the Gulf (KSA, Qatar & Bahrain) and Nigeria. His market experience includes hotels and resorts, commercial buildings, cultural and religious, schools, sports facilities, residential buildings, retail facilities, governmental buildings, transmission and distribution, water and wastewater, oil and gas (civil), airports, highways, roads, tunnels and bridges.
Fattah specializes in managing all commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects with core skills in providing pre-contract cost & contract management services such budgetary estimates through design stages, procurement and tendering (production of bills of quantities, tender documentation, tender evaluations and recommendations, contract negotiation and award and contract documentation) and post-contract cost & contract management services including Interim Valuations, agreeing Variations, agreeing Re-measurements for Bills of Quantities, Cashflow forecasting, Cost Reporting , agreeing Final Account and resolution of claims.
