Gordon is a legally trained chartered Civil Engineer, an accredited NEC Project Manager, an accredited Mediator, an accredited Adjudicator, and an accredited Arbitrator. He is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) (FCIArb), a Fellow of Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR), a Member of Institution of Civil Engineers (MICE) and a Member of Hong Kong Institute of Engineers (MHKIE). He serves as an adjudicator on the panel of Uk Adjudicators in UK, an arbitrator for the Business Arbitration Services Panel of CIArb(EAB) in Hong Kong, and a Representative Neutral in the Construction Panel of Federation of Integrated Conflict Management in India.

Having worked as a Chartered Civil Engineer and a Contract Advisor in Hong Kong, Gordon is experienced in providing construction contract advice and writing up contract advisory opinions on New Engineering Contracts and Hong Kong Government General Conditions of Contract in terms of claims and dispute resolution. Gordon is also experienced in managing and delivering a number of mega-infrastructure and community engineering projects, specialising in railways and waterworks.

Fluent in both English and Cantonese. Basic in French. Legally trained in Hong Kong domestic law and public international laws.
