CIArb is pleased to announce that following a successful recruitment process Amb. (r.) David Huebner C.Arb FCIArb has been appointed as Trustee for the Americas Region.
He will serve on the CIArb Board of Trustees with immediate effect and in this case the term of office will expire on 31 December 2020.
CIArb would like to thank all candidates for offering themselves for appointment and wishes David Huebner good luck in his role as member of the Board of Trustees.

Significant progress on Advisory Centre for International Investment Law at UNCITRALIn 2017, UNCITRAL Working Group III (WGIII) was launched and was tasked with working on procedural reform of the investor state dispute settlement (ISDS) system. From 1-5 April 2024, Ciarb participated in the 48th session of WGIII in its capacity as an observer delegate.
