Take part in the 2010 International Arbitration Survey

Corporate counsel are invited to take part in a ground-breaking global study of corporate attitudes and practices in international arbitration.

Conducted by the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary University of London and sponsored by White & Case LLP, the 2010 International Arbitration Survey: 'Choices in International Arbitration' will gather information on the factors that drive corporate decisions as to governing law, seat, institution and arbitrators.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the debate on international arbitration and contribute to a project of international scope. Respondents will join the numerous other corporate counsel from leading companies who have already responded to the project questionnaire.

The questionnaire takes approximately 20-25 minutes to complete.

The questionnaire closing date is 31 May 2010.

The questionnaire will be followed by individual interviews with corporate counsel. Respondents are requested to indicate whether they would be willing to be interviewed.

All questionnaire responses will be held confidentially by the School of International Arbitration and used only for the preparation of the academic project report and any subsequent surveys. The names of respondents and their organisations will not appear in the project outputs. All respondents will receive a copy of the project report.
