CIArb holds 95th AGM

CIArb held its 95th Annual General Meeting on Thursday 14 May at Bloomsbury Square, London.
CIArb President John Campbell QC, FCIArb, chaired a panel comprising: Steven Certilman, CArb, Chairman of the Board of Trustees; Roy Sherlock, FCIArb, Honorary Treasurer; Peter Rees QC, CArb, Chairman of the Board of Management; Michael Forbes Smith, MCIArb, Director General and Malcolm McMullan, Director of Finance & Administration.
They were joined by 43 members who unanimously voted to adopt the Financial Statements and the Annual Report of the Institute for the year ended 31 December 2008.
Roy Sherlock FCIArb, Honorary Treasurer, reported that the Institute had performed well in all areas of its operations in 2008, considering the difficult economic climate, and had increased its membership.
