Annual Report presented at 96th AGM

CIArb held its 96th Annual General Meeting on Thursday 13 May at Bloomsbury Square, London.
CIArb President Joe Behan FCIArb (centre, below) chaired a panel comprising (pictured from left to right): Roy Sherlock FCIArb, Honorary Treasurer; Clare Hughes MCIArb, Director of Administration and Finance; Michael Forbes Smith MCIArb, Director General and Steven Certilman FCIArb, Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
32 CIArb members attended and unanimously voted to adopt the Financial Statements and the Annual Report of the Institute for the year ended 31 December 2009.
Roy Sherlock FCIArb, reported that the Institute's financial results for 2009 were satisfactory in difficult trading conditions. Membership subscription income held up well in a year in which many members must have suffered from the fallout from the global economic situation.The Institute's Room Hire business had another very good year and Education and Training also performed well.
