Our academic journal Arbitration - The International Journal of Arbitration, Mediation and Dispute Management is an internationally respected, peer-reviewed academic publication.

It is published quarterly in February, May, August and November. 

Accessing online copies

The Resolver - the members' magazine - is sent out with The Journal. Log in to MyCIArb to access the current and past copies of The Resolver and The Journal online.


The Journal is distributed to all CIArb members as part of the membership subscription, so around 13,000 copies go out every three months.

If you are not a CIArb member you can still subscribe to receive The Journal and/or The Resolver. Please see subscription prices below.

An annual subscription to The Journal includes:
