The Taiwan Chapter of Ciarb EAB, the ADR Committee of the Taiwan Bar Association, the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA), and Chen & Chang Attorneys-at-Law have once again joined forces to successfully host the third session of the "Dispute Resolution for International Construction Disputes" series, titled "Practical Skills for Cross-Examination" in the evening of 18 April 2023. 

Ciarb’s Taiwan Chapter was honored to co-host with the ICC YAAF and the Chinese Arbitration Association, Taipei (CAA) on 4 October 2022.

On 22nd July, CIArb Taipei and Taiwan Chapter hosted David Fong FCIArb  Chair of CIArb EAB to speak on “Lessons from Successful Challenges to Arbitral Awards in Hong Kong”

The Taiwan Chapter was pleased to co-host, along with the Taiwan M&A and Private Equity Council (“MAPECT”), WindTAIWAN Magazine, and the iADR® on 21 December 2021 a special evening talk on “Offshore Wind M&A”.

The Taiwan Chapter was very honored to co-host, along with the Chinese National Federation of Industries, the Taiwan Impact Investing Association, and the iADR®, a special evening talk on “Hot and Emerging Legal Topics in Climate Change”.

CIArb’s Taiwan Chapter hosted an Introduction to International Arbitration course on 15 May 2021 in collaboration with NYCU and iADR.
