Adjudication in now well established as a form of dispute resolution. Len has been involved in adjudication since the start and is one of the industry’s best known adjudicators. With over 400 adjudication appointments Len is ideally placed to give an overview of Adjudication from its inception, its transitions and to where it is likely to be going.
Len Bunton FRICS FCIArb Hon FRIAS has a significant track record in the Construction Industry. Len has been involved in the dispute resolution for over 40 years having acted as arbiter, adjudicator, expert witness, mediator, conciliator and claims consultant. Len is past Chairman of the Scottish Building Contracts Committee and of the Chartered Institute or Arbitrators, Scottish Branch.
Neil Kelly ACIArb is Head of Construction at MacRoberts LLP with over 35 years’ experience advising on the avoidance and resolution of construction disputes. He has extensive knowledge and experience of ADR, including mediation, adjudication and arbitration - representing clients and acting as adjudicator and arbitrator. Neil is a past Chairman of the CIArb Scottish Branch, an Honorary Fellow of the RIAS and an Honorary Member of RICS.
