If you are a front-line practitioner in mediation, been involved in mediation in any way or just interested to learn about current “hot topics” this is a workshop you should attend.

Andrew is an experienced barrister, mediator and arbitrator. He is known as “the quiet man on the corner” in dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. For many years he has been committed to the use of dispute resolution processes such as mediation as a more sensible and civilised way to resolve disputes. With others worldwide, he has helped to pioneer a flexible approach to dispute resolution, encouraging a sequential and/or combined approach to processes, such as hybrid arbitration/mediation or “arb-med”. Since qualifying as a commercial mediator in 1998 he has conducted over 600 mediations, including mediations and hybrid arbitrations and mediations overseas.
