Marion Smith QC FCIArb, is a member of 39 Essex Chambers and Deputy Chair of the CIArb Board of Trustees. She has extensive experience appearing before domestic courts and tribunals as well as in adjudication and international arbitration under the ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, LMAA and UNCITRAL Rules. She is a TECBAR accredited adjudicator and a Bencher of Gray’s Inn. She has been appointed as adjudicator, sole and co-arbitrator and as an expert determiner. She is ranked in the Legal 500, Legal 500 Asia Pacific and Chambers & Partners.
Keith Blizzard FCIArb is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a non-solicitor partner and head of Harrison Clark Rickerbys’ Construction and Engineering Team. He is also a Chartered Construction Manager, Chartered Arbitrator, panel adjudicator and a Commercial Mediator with professional qualifications in the areas of construction and alternative dispute resolution.
Steven Williams C.Arb FCIArb is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Chartered Arbitrator, Adjudicator, Expert Witness and an unregistered Barrister, having been called to the Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. Steven is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors. He holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management and Post Graduate Diplomas in Arbitration, Law and Vocational Training for the Bar. In addition, he is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Adjudication Society and the Arbitration Club (West Midlands).
Ann Ryan Robertson, Chartered Arbitrator, FCIArb, is the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator’s global President for 2021. An International Partner in Locke Lord LLP’s Houston office, Ann acts as counsel and arbitrator in a wide variety of complex disputes. She has been named to Global Arbitration Review’s “Who’s Who Legal: Arbitration” and to “The Best Lawyers in America, International Arbitration/Governmental”. Ann is a member of a number of arbitral institution panels. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Houston Law Center and a recipient of many awards and honours. The United States Department of Trade selected Ann as one of ten arbitrators appointed by the United States to serve as a dispute settlement panellist pursuant to the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
