CIArb's Thames Valley Branch is holding an Annual Dinner for the first time, with the hope of making it a regular event for the future years, at the Windsor Suite of the Burnham Beeches Hotel. Weather permitting the pre-dinner drinks will be served in the front lawn.
The event will start at 7.00pm (for 7.30pm) and will end at approximately 10.15pm.
The Guest of Honour for the evening is Sir Rupert Jackson. Following his retirement from the Court of Appeal, Sir Rupert has returned to 4 New Square from 8 March 2018 to practise as an arbitrator and adjudicator.
This event is open to members and non-members - friends, family, and other guests are most welcome.
Transport: Transport will be available between Burnham Train Station and the hotel, the distance is less than two miles, both before and after the dinner, for those who would like to take the public transport.
Accommodation: The hotel is also offering discounted bed and breakfast rates for the guests.
Dress code: Lounge suit.
Sponsors: Sponsors are most welcome to join, by either sponsoring student members, (Student/Young Members tickets are £35.00 including VAT per person) booking a table of 10 for the price of eight, or contributing part or full of the pre-dinner drinks. Names of the sponsors will be displayed on the evening on a digital screen, and on tables on the menu, and shall be mentioned in the final speech of the Chairman.
