Overview

Ciarb is delighted to announce a webinar marking the launch of the Ciarb Guideline on Third-Party Funding (TPF), a pivotal resource for navigating the evolving landscape of dispute resolution financing.

Third-party funding has become an increasingly prominent feature of arbitration and ADR, offering parties access to justice by providing financial resources to pursue their claims. However, it also introduces unique challenges, including transparency, disclosure, and ethical considerations.

This webinar will allow members of TPF guideline drafting group to highlight the key aspects of the guidelines, which are designed to provide a useful overview of how funding can affect the positions of the parties, the tribunal and the institution for all participants in arbitral proceedings.
