There has been an increased focus in recent years on the role of expert witnesses in international arbitrations, including in relation to conflicts of interest. This webinar will examine the position of expert witnesses and consider the types of conflict issues that may arise for them.

Event Speakers
Julian Bailey is a partner at White & Case LLP, London, where he practises international arbitration with a focus upon construction and engineering projects and disputes. He is the author of “Construction Law” (3rd ed, 2020), and is a Visiting Fellow at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College, London. He is Adjunct Professor of Law at Hamad bin Khalifa University, Doha.
