The Ciarb Young Members Group London Branch is pleased to host this in-person event, featuring a panel and interactive workshop on 'Cross-Examination in International Arbitration'.

The panel of Nick Storrs (Partner, Taylor Wessing), Tom Ford (Barrister, Essex Court Chambers), Swati Tripathi (Partner, White & Case) and [TBD] will lead with a discussion of skills and insights critical for cross-examination in arbitration, from both the view of counsel, and arbitrator.

Attendees will have the opportunity to put theory into practice, by then working in groups to complete a mock cross-examination exercise, with general feedback provided by the panellists.

Following the cross-examinations, there will be an opportunity for further discussion during networking drinks.
