Disputes, whether they be commercial or personal, can be very stressful to those involved. Those of us involved in disputes on a day to day basis can perhaps become somewhat immune to the stresses and strains involved. However, for many involved such as our clients that is not the case and a dispute can be a hugely stressful situation. Particularly if the individual only gets involved in disputes occasionally or indeed only the once.

In this event Rachel will look at the stresses and strains that surround disputes how they arise, how we deal with them and how they can be avoided.
