Abdullah Al Bash is a legally qualified Civil Engineer and holds a master degree in construction law and arbitration, along with 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. Abdullah has extensive experience in project management, project planning, and analysis of the extension of time claims.

He is currently providing claims consulting and delay expert services, including planning advice, forensic delay analysis and arbitration support on a wide range of projects for several clients. Prior to focusing on claims and disputes, he worked as a Senior Project Planner with contractors on many large and challenging projects in UAE and Qatar.

Abdullah is also familiar with many standard forms of contract, the SCL Delay & Disruption Protocol and the AACE recommended practices for forensic scheduling. He conducts training sessions on claims preparation and defence, managing risk in construction projects, and using BIM in construction disputes.

His experience portfolio includes many prestigious projects throughout Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia, including airports, rails, hotels, hospitals, colleges, shopping malls, residential buildings, mixed-use developments, wind power, oil and gas, power stations, and sewage and water treatment projects.
