Nasir is Principal at HKA, a global consultancy where he leads the advisory, claims, dispute avoidance, management and resolution services. Nasir is an engineer, chartered QS, chartered procurement and legally qualified. A highly motivated leader with a proven track record of successful delivery in various industries spearheading business improvements, cost savings, project delivery, risk management, procurement, contract management and dispute resolution of large complex programmes.

He is a co-founder and acts as Executive Director of Muslims in Rail (www.muslimsinrail.org), a social enterprise that aims to connect, grow and inspire Muslims working or seeking work in the rail industry.

Nasir has been a devout champion of inter-faith relations and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) awareness have always been personal to him. He was awarded MBE at Her Majesty’s Birthday 2020 Honours for the services to Muslims and BAME communities in the UK.
