A Contracts and commercial manager with a proven deep knowledge and understanding of Civil and Common Law, arbitration rules & procedures and Law of Evidence, which qualified me to play important roles within a reputable organizations in critical high value projects, where I demonstrated my expertise in contracts management including long standing disputes resolutions with different parties, including Employers, Licensors, Subcontractors and vendors. With a very good understanding of risk allocation between the parties and liabilities assumptions which helped me solving disputes on major claims and contracts interpretation.

Contract management experience in handling claims for extension of time, change orders, Additional payments and other damages at Law from client’s and contractor’s perspective within different types of industries including construction, industrial development and Oil & Gas. In addition, a proven successful defense against subcontractors claims for EOT, prolongation and disruption costs.

With very strong educational background and membership within reputable professional bodies, I have formed a precise and rare mix of strong technical, legal, managerial, commercial and financial experience, knowledge and deep understanding, which enabled me to always find the most innovative ideas to support business and my employer’s position, in addition to being fluent in English and Arabic which facilitated the demonstration of my results.
