Engr. Zafar H. Siddiqui is a well renowned personality in Pakistan in the field of Engineering Consultancy, Claim Consultancy, Arbitration and Dispute Resolution. He did his B.E. (Civil) from University of Engineering & Technology, Dhaka in 1963. He has extensive experience in Arbitration and have adjudicated more than 55 Disputes through Arbitration (the highest number known in Pakistan) and five (5) Disputes as Chairman/Member Dispute Board.

Mr. Siddiqui has prepared effective and transparent Bidding Documents on following World Bank Funded Projects:
