I am an ambitious Foreign Registered Commercial Lawyer with a solid experience in Litigation, Corporate and Financial Service gained in both private practice and in house. Working in London at paralegal and trainee level with top tier practice I have become familiar with complex M&A transactions, arbitration, litigation, financial matters and DSAR procedure and I have built a reputation for helping global legal teams to navigate their most pressing challenges in these fields. Cross-border work is not just what I like to do, it is what I excel at because I understand what it really takes to work across different legal systems (Civil Law and Common Law) along with international commercial environments. My education includes a Law Degree in Business Law, Civil Law, and Common Law, a master's degree in international Commercial Dispute Resolution a LPC designed for foreign lawyer educated in UK. Certificates of practice and academic certificates are accessible on request for both jurisdictions. I do not need visa sponsorship as I hold the relevant right to work and live in UK.
