Nigel Grout is an experienced construction professional specialising in the resolution and avoidance of disputes on international infrastructure projects; particularly highways, structures, water, rail and power. Nigel now works entirely as a Dispute Board member (including as Chairman or Sole Member). He has been on the FIDIC President's List of Approved Adjudicators since 2012 and has extensive expertise and experience of Dispute Boards practice and procedures. Served on Dispute Boards in Africa, Asia and Eastern Europe. Also an accredited Adjudicator with the CIArb. Particular expertise in the various FIDIC and MDB Conditions of Contract. Regularly tutors on construction claims and the operation of international Dispute Boards.
