Andrew Essam is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, qualifying in 1986, and has been a Construction Adjudicator since 2001 having over 30 years experience in the construction industry.

Andrew has been nominated by the CIArb, CIC, AICA, RICS, the Contractor’s Legal Group and through party appointments to act as Adjudicator on over 250 Construction Adjudications concerning disputes about interim payments, payment notices, final accounts, measurement, re-measurement, valuation of variations for additional or varied work, extensions of time, loss and expense and compensation events.
