Experienced relationship Manager both internally at all levels of Management within complex matrix and project environments and externally with suppliers, lawyers, Joint Venture partners and customers.

Accomplished in the roll out of multi projects IT systems and implementations with a sound knowledge of cost and contract management systems including CEMAR, i-Two, SAP, Coins, Causeway Applications, Oracle Applications coupled with proficiency in the use of all Microsoft office applications.

Practised in complex contracts administration of high-profile projects procured through various routes (PFI, DBFO, PPP, BOT, BLT, BOOT, Projects Partnering, Frameworks, Joint Ventures and Alliances).

An expert in alternative dispute resolutions including negotiated commercial settlements, expert determinations in Pre-Action Protocols and Pre-Litigation and (or) Arbitration and (or) Adjudication Procedures.

A senior surveyor and commercial auditor with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of construction technology, all Civil Engineering measurement principles and all domestic construction contracts including JCT’s, ICE’s, NCE’s and ICHEME’s.
