An Engineering expert, consultant and ADR Practitioner in the field of mechanical engineering and O&G projects, former projects /construction manager. Started Work 1993, Graduate as Mech Engineer 1995, Got my PGDip 2010, Became a CEng in 2014.
I started practicing engineering expertise works in the judicial authorities in the United Arab Emirates and evaluation companies since Q2-2018. During that period, I was assigned to more than 333 technical expert assignments in various claim, disputes& valuation cases. I succeeded in resolving the dispute consensually in 11 of them, and over time my interest in this field increased to alternative methods of dispute resolution.
At the beginning of my career, I spent about 6 years in the field of marketing and mechanical maintenance, and then followed by more than 20 years in the oil and gas industry in the management of offshore and onshore O&G projects and construction (Both Green Field and Brownfield). During that period, I carried the hat of the Company Man (client), contractor and consultant; I also worked On board various types of marine units, marine barges, and onshore/offshore drilling rigs.
