I have been a practising since 1973 and am qualified as both a barrister and a solicitor. I have extensive experience of the UK and international oil and gas industry since 1975 and of legal practice in Russia since 1991, including a wide range of corporate/M&A, commercial and financing transactions. Although much of my work in London and Moscow was transactional, I now practice as an international arbitrator and have experience as both a sole arbitrator and a member of a tribunal.
