I have specialised in Family Law for around 30 years and I have been a sole practitioner for 22 years. My practice deals with both high net worth and low asset value cases so I have wide experience across the spectrum of financial remedies.
I can arbitrate in relation to issues between married and non married couples and same sex couples. I can also deal with financial claims on behalf of children under Schedule 1 of the Children Act.
Although I am based in West Sussex arbitrations can be carried out over video link as necessary.
